Mr. J. Jack Andrade has been vice president with Thundermist Consulting and Research Company since 1988.  He has also served in various strategic marketing roles for Veritas Software and Seagate Technology, both of Mountain View, California.  Earlier in his career, he held various sales and marketing positions for Frye Computer Systems of Boston, Leading Edge Products, Canton, Massachusetts and Mosaic Software of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Mr. Andrade holds a business degree from Bryant University and has certificates in software programming and network administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  He is certified and holds a Rhode Island Technology Systems Consultant License for Data (TSC #1923) since 1994.  He also holds a membership in the American Marketing Association.

He currently serves on boards of directors for Rhode Island non-profit agencies.  He has served on the Fiscal Advisory Board for the City of Woonsocket and currently serves on the town of Smithfield, Rhode Island's Economic Development Commission.

He is a proud member of Providence Geeks.  He is also a listed on LinkedIn, the business networking website, where he is a member of the eMarketing Association, Next Gen Marketing and Market Research Group and the Mobile Analytics Group.

Mr. Andrade has served in the United States Air Force and awarded the Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service.  He was the executive producer and served as host for a radio talk show on computer and software technologies.  He also is a published author including the book for young adults entitled "Mom, Dad, Tell Me About Money: A Primer".  He is an Eagle Scout and an avid golfer.
